Meet Ishta Devi
Ishta is a multifaceted artist, helper and entrepreneur who believes that trauma recovery and Spiritual awakening are interwoven. Healing is the return to Self. Her art depicts the layers of the human experience with the witness at the centre of that multilayered and interconnected experience.
Her art making process is with somatic dance movement in which I move in a geometry to produce shapes like infinities and double helixes. These archetypal shapes and symbols are encoded with messages about life + creation.
